Holly Hill Apartment Homes are conveniently located to Duke University, Duke Hospital, and the VA Hospital. They are also located on an area bus route as well as having on-site 24 hour maintenance.

All apartments come with kitchens equipped with an electric range, a frost-free refrigerator, an ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. They also include wall to wall carpet and attractive window blinds. There are laundry facilities on-site.

Our rates include cold water, storm and sewer costs, and free trash pickup.

The housing deposit is the same as first month's rent.

The pet fee is conditional (no weight limit) $250.00.

We also offer a $10 discount to Duke and VA associates and all students. In order to receive this discout must have valid facilities identification to receive discount.
