Holly Hill Apartment Homes are conveniently located to Duke University, Duke Hospital, and the VA Hospital. They are also located on an area bus route as well as having on-site 24 hour maintenance.
All apartments come with kitchens equipped with an electric range, a frost-free refrigerator, an ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. They also include wall to wall carpet and attractive window blinds. There is a secured laundry facility on-site as well as a playground.
Our rates include hot and cold water, storm and sewer costs, and free trash pickup.
The housing deposit is the same as first month's rent.
The pet fee is conditional (no weight limit) $250.00.
We also offer $10 off the price of the application fee to Duke and VA associates and all students. In order to receive this discout must have valid facilities identification to receive discount.

In Holly Hill's apartment homes, the heat is gas and all units have central air conditioning. The Kitchen has an eat-in area and comes with an electric range, microwave (available in some units), dishwasher and disposal.
There is a separate dining area as well.
The bathroom contains a combined shower and bathtub and the floors are either carpet and/or vinyl throughout the apartment.
The apartment plans have spacious closets, ceiling fans (available in some units), are cable ready, and have window coverings included.

Turn left at the top of the ramp. Turn left on Campus Walk Avenue.
Turn left at the end of the street and enter the Holly Hill Apartments management office.
