The apartment homes at HOLLY HILL APARTMENTS are close to Duke University, Duke Hospital, and the VA Hospital and feature an array of modern amenities and many extras for your convenience. Holly Hill Apartment Homes are conveniently located to Duke University, Duke Hospital, and the VA Hospital. They are also located on an area bus route as well as having on-site 24 hour maintenance.
All apartments come with kitchens equipped with an electric range, a frost-free refrigerator, an ice maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. They also include wall to wall carpet and attractive window blinds. There is a secured laundry facility on-site as well as a playground.
Our rates include hot and cold water, storm and sewer costs, and free trash pickup.
The housing deposit is the same as first month's rent.
The pet fee is conditional (no weight limit) $250.00.
We also offer $10 off the price of the application fee to Duke and VA associates and all students. In order to receive this discout must have valid facilities identification to receive discount.

Turn left at the end of the street and enter the Holly Hill Apartments management office.
