EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE:
If you have an emergency maintenance, please call the emergency pager at 910-391-6402.
For example: pipes burst and water is flooding, etc.
If there is fire, call 911 first, then call the emergency pager.
If you have an emergency other than a maintenance problem call 911.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE:
If you have a maintenance problem after hours that is not an emergency, but would like to have it done the next business day, call our office at 867-4359 and leave a message, and we will write a work order up as soon as the office opens again. Please leave your name, phone number and your apartment number along with the work needing to be done.
